Watch Your Speed
The speed limit in the neighborhood is 25 mph. There are several children and people walking their dogs throughout the neighborhood. Please slow down as you drive our streets and ask your guests to do the same!
Street Parking
Vehicles shouldn’t be parked on the street overnight or on a habitual basis; driveways and garages are the expected spot for everyday parking. For a one-off gathering that needs extra space, guests may park on the street for the day, but only on one side, never within 50 feet of a stop sign or intersection, and never facing oncoming traffic.
